Do just one small thing

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Today’s message is as much a note to me as it is to you….and I have one piece of advice for us both.

DO JUST ONE SMALL THING.

It doesn’t matter what it is, how long it lasts or for what reason, but if you don’t make just one small change and GET ON WITH IT, then none of the big stuff can happen in your life either.

Now, for me, right now I’m not talking about weight loss – I’m just talking about giving myself a proverbial kick up the backside

But if I was, and if I were doing the same for you?  Well, here’s a few suggestions – and no, there’s no need to do more than one.  The theme is ONE SMALL THING, remember?!

Find just 20 mins to listen to your hypnotherapy
Say one good thing about yourself, to yourself today
Cut out one snack
Park just a little bit further away from your usual parking spot
Spend just five minutes more savoring and enjoying your food
Give someone else a compliment (it makes you, and them, smile!)
Have a couple of bites of chocolate – and give the rest away
Swap in a vegetable for a carb
Share your favorite dessert instead of eating it all yourself

Now, just imagine, if you made just one of those changes, EVERY DAY, from now until you died…..would you feel better, look better, believe more good stuff, improve on life, experience new things and have countless more positive effects on your life?  Sure you would.  So praise yourself for making that ONE SMALL CHANGE right here, right now….oh, and then let me know what small change you made!
